Job summary

HENSOLDT South Africa seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to develop, manage, and deliver technical training solutions and product support documentation for internal personnel and customers.

The role ensures knowledge transfer, operational competence, and sustainment of HENSOLDT GEW products and systems throughout their lifecycle, supporting customer readiness and organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and develop technical training content.
• Experience in EW/SIGINT or related electronic systems is essential.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a technical training environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programmes, curricula, manuals, and assessments.
• Deliver technical training on products, systems, and maintenance activities.
• Create operator/maintenance manuals and documentation for customers.
• Coordinate training plans, schedules, and certification processes.
