Job summary

Samaha Consulting seeks a Lead Technical Architect to lead architectural design and non-functional solutions for Temenos projects in Johannesburg. You will be the interface between the project team and the client, ensuring technical requirements are met and solutions align with contract and project plans.

You will guide a technical team, contribute to product and process improvements, and ensure TIM compliance while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in software technical consultancy including Temenos T24 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Web Services, and ESB concepts.
• Experience with data migration and integration architectures.
• Familiarity with security concepts, SSO, and cryptography.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as architectural leader and trusted advisor to clients.
• Design viable technical solutions compatible with business requirements and project plans.
• Lead technical teams to resolve complex issues and manage risks.
• Ensure adherence to Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) and reference architectures.
• Coordinate with client, project team, and development groups across regions.
