Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field required.
• 10 years of experience in technology management, project management or software development.
• 8 years in an IT business process or system management role with a proven track record and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance on project delivery and IT project objectives.
• Collaborates with Quality Management to ensure quality objectives during execution.
• Allocate resources and approve work packages; owns policy and process implementation.
• Engages with customers and stakeholders to drive decisions and define requirements.
• Works with business managers to maintain confidence in project success and plans.
• Reviews project execution and supports client reporting and analysis.
• Coordinates and oversees activities of other project professionals in design and deployment.
