Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to join their fully remote team. You will identify and engage passive and active candidates for a wide range of roles, building proactive talent pipelines across industries.

You will use advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and ATS, and you will track metrics to optimize recruitment efforts while collaborating with consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role within recruitment.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques, including boolean logic and X-ray searching.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects remotely.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in candidate profiling.
