Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter in financial services.
• Strong ability to recruit for complex roles across banking, insurance, asset management or fintech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in banking, insurance, investments, and fintech.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
• Source passive candidates through advanced research, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and positive candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and talent market dynamics within financial services.
