This role demands a hands-on recruiter who thrives in ambiguity, designs repeatable processes, and partners with leadership to shape workforce planning, onboarding, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring in fast-moving start-up or scale-up environments.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Data-driven decision-making based on funnel metrics.
• End-to-end ownership of the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to craft targeted outreach for crypto/Web3 talent.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute global sourcing strategies across multi-channel platforms.
• Refine recruitment workflows and align hiring with growth objectives.
• Stand up coaching and onboarding frameworks for new joiners.
• Drive employer branding and maintain a live passive-talent pipeline.
• Deliver workforce analytics and link findings to business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance and manage candidate vetting and offers end to end.
• Own the commercial outcomes: quality of hire, speed to fill, retention.
