Job summary

Outsourcery is seeking a highly capable Senior Systems Engineer to build, maintain and continuously improve client systems, integrations and automation workflows across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and SaaS ecosystems.

You will work with JSON payloads, REST APIs and event-driven systems, ensuring reliability, security and efficient operations within NHS and private healthcare contexts. You’ll employ version control, CI/CD and maintainable code rather than UI-only tooling.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Proven experience building and maintaining API integrations and automation workflows.
Practical experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth2, and authentication flows.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment and related Azure/AWS services.
Build and troubleshoot automation workflows and API integrations across Make.com and SaaS tools.
Maintain source control with GitHub, implement branching strategies and PRs.
Design scalable data structures and data flows across Airtable and Databricks.
Improve logging, monitoring and error handling for reliable systems.
