The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering supply chain projects, with strong retail industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring effective governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of supply chain projects and programmes from initiation through to completion.

Oversee multiple projects and workstreams running in parallel, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Establish and maintain project management governance, frameworks, plans, reporting structures, and controls.

Engage and collaborate with C-suite executives, senior management, and SteerCo members to provide progress updates, address risks, and support decision-making.

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, project meetings, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder engagements.

Monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
