Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, operations, and best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, results-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
