Senior Supply Chain Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

Jobtailor in Cape Town seeks a supply chain coordinator to manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, and scheduling. You will handle sales, transfer, and purchase orders, plus supplier follow-ups and billing.

Maintain NetSuite records, resolve integrations with Celigo, and prepare daily reports on orders and shipping status. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain roles, strong Excel skills, and direct experience with NetSuite and Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite – essential.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Direct experience with QVC or comparable TV/home-shopping retail account is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Celigo is preferred.
• Experience booking freight through 3PL or brokerage platforms is preferred.
• Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or consumer goods preferred.
• Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouse teams preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking.
• Create and process sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders.
• Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve NetSuite and Celigo integration issues.
• Prepare daily sales and shipping reports covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders.
• Support promotional tracking and MPS updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date NetSuite records.
• Provide a clean handover at the end of the assignment.
