Responsibilities include developing field plans, doing economic evaluations, mentoring junior engineers, and advancing both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Requires MSc/PhD and 8+ years in subsurface roles.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in subsurface engineering, reservoir management or exploration geoscience.
• Proficiency in integrated subsurface modeling software and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of project contributions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teams.
• Experience with conventional and unconventional reservoirs is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
