Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, specification, and procurement of subsea production equipment (e.g., trees, manifolds, flowlines).
• Develop and implement strategies for subsea field development and expansion.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of subsea production systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions for subsea facilities.
• Conduct flow assurance studies, including multiphase flow modeling and hydrate/wax prediction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (subsea, drilling, facilities, HSEQ) throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage subsea operations planning and execution, including tie-backs and interventions.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in subsea production engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record in the design and operation of subsea production systems.
• Strong knowledge of subsea hardware, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Expertise in flow assurance principles and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ISO).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective remote collaboration.
• This is a fully Remote position, requiring self-motivation and a strong home office setup.
