Qualifications

• Eight+ years of consulting or strategy experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience with large, complex organizations in Africa preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements for major clients.
• Diagnose business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Guide implementation across growth, ops, and digital transformation.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage cross-functional teams.
• Engage C-suite stakeholders with clear, impactful communication.
• Develop proprietary tools and frameworks to accelerate client impact.
