Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in Gauteng seeks a Senior Advisor – Business Consultant to support executive decision making, strategic projects and process improvements within the Business Enablement & Strategy unit.

You will deliver consulting services to internal clients, help Eskom executives identify performance improvements, and contribute to leadership initiatives through environmental scanning and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in internal consulting and business.
• B Degree/ B tech/ National Higher Diploma at NQF7 with 360 credits
• Ability to think strategically and apply a logical, analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist by providing consulting services to internal clients.
• Assist and support the business and Eskom Executives by identifying and proposing areas of improvement in business performance.
• Provide business support to Eskom Chief Executive, Divisional/ Group Executives and Divisional/Business Area leadership.
• Environmental scanning.
• External leadership.
