IQVIA's Patient & Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) team seeks a Senior Strategic Project Manager to lead AI-enabled strategic initiatives across global sites. Based in South Africa with focus on Bloemfontein/Centurion, the role is full-time and requires translating strategy into concrete plans with measurable outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional programs, establish governance, and manage scope, timelines and budgets to deliver high-impact results across PSCS.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic project management within life sciences or clinical research a plus.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong governance and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and measures of success.
• Support the development and management of the PSCS AI strategy and how that translates into key projects and priorities.
• Build clear project plans and governance structures to support successful execution.
• Drive complex, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, maintaining momentum, visibility and accountability.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and costs while navigating changing business priorities.
