Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in software or AI/Data Science.
• Strong technical understanding to engage with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to align vision and requirements.
• Manage resources, timelines and budgets, mitigating delivery risks.
• Promote Agile or Hybrid methodologies to improve speed and quality.
• Facilitate sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
