About the Role

About the Role Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior STEM Educator to contribute to their innovative online learning platform. This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of remote instruction and collaborative sessions at their Vereeniging office. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging curriculum content across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects for high school students. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in a relevant STEM field, coupled with extensive experience in both traditional and online teaching methodologies. You should be adept at creating interactive learning experiences and fostering critical thinking skills. This position requires a leader who can mentor junior educators and contribute to curriculum innovation, making a significant impact on STEM education in the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality STEM curriculum content for online delivery, covering subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and basic Engineering principles.
• Create engaging lesson plans, interactive activities, virtual lab experiments, and assessments.
• Facilitate online learning sessions, providing clear explanations and fostering student participation.
• Mentor and guide junior STEM educators, sharing best practices and providing pedagogical support.

Requirements
