Betway Africa in Johannesburg is seeking a sponsorship manager to own our strategic partnerships in sport and entertainment. You will work with rights holders, develop activation plans, and manage budgets to maximize our sponsorship ROI.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather market insights, and drive data‑driven decisions while supporting quick execution during major sports events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with rights holders (Betway SA20 team, SA Rugby team, 4Racing)
• Develop sponsorship strategies and activation plans using market research and data
• Manage and maintain budgets for each property
• Prepare monthly sponsorship status proposals
• Negotiate extensions and renewals of sponsorship agreements
• Research and update competitor databases for benchmarking in marketing, product and sponsorships
