• Proven experience in budget management, staff supervision, and operational oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial management and revenue generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to high standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support personnel.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
