Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Kruger, Skukuza. This role focuses on supporting the Head Chef, maintaining exceptional culinary standards, and leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes for guests in Limpopo.

The ideal candidate offers at least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in 4/5-star lodge settings, with strong leadership, menu development, and cost-control abilities.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a 4/5-star lodge environment – Essential.
• Cooking and Hygiene qualifications are beneficial.
• Proven ability in menu compilation and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
