The role requires a Culinary Diploma or several years’ experience, strong leadership and staff management, knowledge of HACCP, and a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Recognised Culinary Diploma or 3+ years in a similar operation.
• 3–5 years in a similar position with high quality cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all kitchen stations and maintain quality standards.
• Motivate chefs and mentor staff across levels.
• Assist with inventory, stock, and ordering processes.
• Maintain presentation and on‑the‑job training to ensure excellence.
