The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join their renowned culinary team. You will support the Executive Chef, oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality presentation that delights guests.

You will lead and train junior staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards, control inventory, and contribute to menu development in line with the brand’s excellence.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Professional level English required.
• MS Office level 2 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar role.
• Familiar with hotel kitchen duties.
