• Experience designing and owning end-to-end test strategies for complex software systems.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge; integrate automated tests into pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Experience using AI-powered tools to support QA activities and validate outputs.
• Kubernetes or distributed systems knowledge; ability to grow quickly.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; influence engineering decisions.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability; drive solutions across projects.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with multiple projects.
