Qualifications

• BEng in Electronic or Computer Engineering required.

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• 2–5 years in a software engineering team leadership role.
• Comfortable acting as point of contact for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software engineering team.
• Work in an Agile environment with other software, hardware and test engineers.
• Collaborate with international clients’ engineering and project divisions.
• Oversee project planning and execution, including software development.
• Lead design workshops and conduct design reviews.
• Develop ATPs.
• Oversee software and subsystem testing.
• Develop and integrate embedded digital communication software components.
