Hired is recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join a full-time role, designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will lead architecture, mentor engineers, and work on cloud-based systems with Python, Java, or C++, Docker and Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of software systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure reliability.
