Qualifications

• 5–7 years' software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• MS SQL Server experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of database design, optimisation and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, source control and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the SDLC.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders and gathering requirements.
• Relevant industry certifications or coding bootcamp qualifications would be advantageous.
