About the Role

This hybrid role requires a passionate and experienced developer to design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, working on complex projects that drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks, a deep understanding of software architecture, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .NET, Angular, React).
• Write high-quality, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions for new features and systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering complex applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and back-end development.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Must be able to commute to the Sandton office for hybrid work requirements.
