Job summary

LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions, part of RELX, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate reliable, secure platforms that support critical products. You will partner with engineering, security, and platform teams to improve reliability, automation, and DevSecOps practices.

You will own incident management, define SLIs/SLOs, and drive platform improvements, including observability and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

Equivalent practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering or platform engineering.
Experience leading platform engineering initiatives and internal developer platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
Lead platform engineering initiatives, including internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
Drive DevOps and DevSecOps practices with automated security checks in CI/CD pipelines.
Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide priorities.
Own incident management including on-call leadership and blameless postmortems.
Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Automate operational workflows to reduce manual toil and improve resilience.
Architect and implement observability solutions to improve visibility and detection.
