Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Site Activation Coordinator in South Africa to drive country-level site activation for clinical studies. You will liaise with project teams and ensure documentation, ethics filings, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.

The role requires a life sciences background, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment across several SA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage timelines.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform country-level site activation activities in line with regulations and SOPs.
• Assist with feasibility assessments and site activation for clinical studies.
• Prepare and review study documents, regulatory materials and ethics documents.
• Maintain project plans and tracking tools with accurate information.
• Coordinate with Site Activation Manager and other departments as needed.
