Lucy Electric in Johannesburg seeks a Production Team Leader to oversee daily production, assembly and adaptation work. You will translate production plans into execution, supervise Assembly and Adaptation Technicians, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

Lead a small team on a site focused on efficient, safe, and on-time execution, with accountability for shopfloor discipline and continuous improvement.

Formación

• National Diploma or Trade Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading or coordinating shopfloor teams is required.
• 5–8 years in electrical assembly or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily and weekly production plans to schedule priorities.
• Allocate work to Assembly and Adaptation Technicians based on skills and capacity.
• Monitor performance against output, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
• Identify constraints and escalate to Operations Manager.
• Track orders to align with dispatch dates.
• Perform production tasks when needed while leading the team.
