Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in electrical assembly, production, or manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating shopfloor teams.
• Sound understanding of electrical assembly and low- to medium-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly production plans according to approved schedules.
• Provide first-line supervision to Assembly and Adaptation Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards during production activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
