Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in security systems installation (minimum 5+ years hands-on experience)
• Deep technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Assessment or claims experience (Advantageous – we can teach assessment to skilled installers)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
• Clear communication and professional report-writing skills
• Solar installation or electrical qualification (Advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems: Alarm systems, CCTV, Access control and intercom, Gate/garage automation, Solar inverters and electrical installations (Advantageous), HVAC installations (Advantageous)
• Conduct technical fault-finding and diagnostics on security system failures
• Assess and report on security-related insurance claims
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain detailed technical records and documentation
• Collaborate with insurance panels and our assessment team
