Job summary

MTN Group is seeking a Manager - Security Engineer Vulnerability & EASM to strengthen proactive cyber defence by identifying and driving remediation of vulnerabilities across MTN's internal estate and external-facing attack surface.

You will lead the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, explore AI and automation to triage, enrich and guide remediation, and collaborate with technology teams to reduce exploitable risk across MTN Group markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in information security with 3–4 years in vulnerability/attack surface management.
• Experience operating VM and EASM tooling at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) and data analysis.
• Exposure to AI tooling in security operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Management across infrastructure, cloud, apps and OT.
• External Attack Surface Management (EASM) oversight and remediation.
• Threat analysis, risk assessment and proactive defence planning.
• AI-driven innovation in vulnerability triage and reporting.
• Collaborative stakeholder engagement across MTN Group markets.
