Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As Senior Business Development Representative, you own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is about thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency/SaaS exp is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
