Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Senior Sales Account Executive, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role with quota experience.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable with Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
