Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role is remote within South Africa, offering full-time employment with a focus on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft messages.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM.
• Comfort with Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
