Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in KwaZulu-Natal seeks an analytical Business Analyst with SAP WM and supply chain understanding to support the SAP platform and drive system enhancements.

You will resolve SAP issues, liaise with the SAP service provider, train users, and prepare functional specs and project plans for new initiatives within the group. Minimum 3–5 years experience and a BCom or IT degree are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or BCom.
• 3–5 years experience in IT or relevant business function.
• Experience managing projects for performance improvement.
• Valid Code EB driver's license.
• Experience integrating warehousing with new technologies.
• Excellent SAP WM/LE end-user knowledge.
• Strong business and system knowledge in SAP WM/LE.
• Advanced MS Office, Project, Visio skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line SAP support and implement system enhancements.
• Resolve SAP issues and manage service calls per SLA.
• Act as liaison between business and SAP service provider.
• Prepare functional specs and project plans.
• Conduct user training and post-implementation support.
• Develop SAP WM reports and run system reports.
