Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a Senior SAP Specialist to lead end-to-end design, development, configuration, and maintenance of SAP PaPM models, supporting cost allocations, ALM, margin modeling, VAT allocations, and GL analytics.

The role emphasizes system integration with BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, SAC; performance tuning; automation of PaPM processes; transport management; and hands-on ABAP development linked to PaPM and BW.

Qualifications

• In-depth professional experience in SAP PaPM.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HANA including HANA SQL Scripting, AMDP, and CDS Views.
• Proficiency in ABAP development related to BW and PaPM processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize large-scale financial models.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP PaPM models to support diverse financial use cases.
• Oversee integration of SAP PaPM with BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, SAC, and external systems.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SAP HANA SQL Scripts, AMDP procedures, and CDS Views; develop ABAP processes linked to PaPM and BW.
• Monitor performance and tune models for efficient execution and resource use.
• Design and maintain process automation, scheduling, and background workflows for PaPM.
• Manage transports across development, QA, and production; provide production support and issue resolution.
• Lead unit, integration, and UAT; support closing activities and perform technical testing during upgrades.
• Serve as primary contact for technical user queries on PaPM functionality.
