Job summary

Imizizi is seeking an experienced SAP BW/ABAP professional to provide 1st and 2nd line support for BW Platform across BW4/HANA, HANA and related SAP modules. You will troubleshoot incidents, lead problem management tickets and coordinate with Basis, application teams and interface partners to ensure SLAs are met.

The role involves testing, documentation in Confluence, creating technical and user manuals, and assisting with Go Live activities, including possible weekend or late shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP BW experience.
• Extensive ABAP development experience.
• Experience with HANA development and BW on HANA.
• Proficient in BW query building (BEX, AFO, Eclipse).
• Experience in unit/integration testing and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for BW Platform per SLAs.
• Lead problem management tickets and propose improvements.
• Coordinate change management tasks and SAP Basis activities.
• Monitor BW system performance and perform testing after upgrades.
• Prepare user manuals and train team members.
• Support Go Live activities, including weekends/late shifts.
