Job summary

Imizizi is seeking a senior ABAP/DevOps professional with 5-8 years’ experience to support DevOps operations, configuration and development in SAP-driven retail IT apps. The role values strong ABAP coding, OO design, TDD, and performance optimization.

Candidates should be comfortable with Agile workflows, and have exposure to SAP Solution Manager; SAP MM/APO and S/4HANA knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of DevOps experience in commercial/retail IT applications.
• Strong ABAP development skills and proven ABAP programmer.
• Good knowledge of Object Orientated Design Paradigms.
• Test Driven Development methodologies and testability awareness.
• Strong data retrieval and code performance techniques.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
• Modern ABAP understanding (advantageous).
• SAP MM, APO exposure (advantageous).
• SAP S/4 HANA exposure (advantageous).

Responsibilities
