Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sanitation plans for all designated areas, including kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, identifying and rectifying any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including industrial-grade dishwashers, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and incidents.
• Liaise with management and other department heads to address specific sanitation needs and concerns.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional cleaning or sanitation role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proven knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and sanitation best practices, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, including food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
