Job summary

Absa Group in Sandton is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution & Org Architect to drive the next generation of client engagement. You will lead architecture across solution, org strategy, and governance, ensuring secure, scalable, native-first designs for Financial Services Cloud and related platforms.

Bring 10+ years of Salesforce and enterprise technology experience, with a track record in Corporate & Investment Banking or wholesale banking.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce + enterprise technology experience.
Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple domains and large-scale programmes.
Experience architecting integrations with enterprise applications, data platforms and identity/security ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Provide architecture leadership across Solution, Org, and Architecture Leadership.
Translate complex business and technology requirements into end-to-end architectures while ensuring scalability and security.
Shape target Salesforce architecture for a Pan-African client-led deployment in CIB and across countries.
Lead decisions on data, integration, security, identity, automation, AI, and custom development.
Champion native Salesforce capabilities and guardrails to reduce unnecessary customisation.
