Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across Salesforce platforms and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains and large-scale programmes.
• Experience architecting integrations with enterprise applications, data platforms and identity/security ecosystems.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, ideally including Financial Services Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and technology requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
• Lead architecture decisions spanning data, integration, security, identity, automation and custom development.
• Define target Salesforce architecture for a Pan-African CIB and govern architecture standards.
• Guide Feature Teams, developers, platform engineers and delivery partners.
