Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR at Blacksmith, you will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role across South Africa, focusing on thoughtful outreach and high-quality engagement using LinkedIn, email, and phone to hit volume goals

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
