Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open new doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls to fuel the sales funnel.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert prospects into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRMs used to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities
