Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This is a fully remote, full-time position. You will work with tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo to craft personalized outreach while maintaining accurate pipeline records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
