Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to help open doors and build a healthy pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings for the Account Executive team while representing Blacksmith with thoughtful, value-driven outreach.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized sequences, maintain accurate data, and contribute to a high-velocity outbound engine

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
