Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel outreach across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decisions makers and book meetings to fuel our pipeline.

In this role you will craft personalized sequences using LinkedIn, email and phone, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and test messaging to continuously improve results. Remote work is available within SA for a high-growth agency.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR or similar role; agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRM (Salesforce).

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
