Responsibilities

• Research ideal accounts and build ICP-based lists.
• Identify decision makers and contact details.
• Create and run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Keep Salesforce and SalesLoft records clean and up to date.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
