Job summary

Red Ember is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with strong knowledge or experience within the shooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloading industry. The successful candidate will drive sales, build customer relationships, and provide expert product advice to customers.

You will understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, handle enquiries across in-store, telephone, email and online channels, and maintain accurate sales records while staying up to date

Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Knowledge or experience within the shooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloading industry is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to understand and explain technical products.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide knowledgeable and professional product advice.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Remain up to date with new products, brands, and developments within the industry.
